"The flavour of the Cambrian Mountain Lamb was superior to any Welsh Lamb I have used in the past at Ffos Las Racecourse! The flavour of the Lamb stock from the legs produced a surprising sweet liquid which made for a flavoursome sauce. The Lamb had a lovely appearance when cooked, a lovely pale colour and very tender".
