Cambrian Mountains Initiative Chocolates launch at Royal Welsh Winter Fair
This week‟s 2010 Royal Welsh Winter Fair (29-30 November) will see the launch of the latest addition to the Cambrian Mountains Initiative (CMI) range, namely a gift box of delicious, handmade chocolates from one of the region‟s youngest entrepreneurs!
The new luxury chocolates are handmade in the Cambrian Mountains by Sarah Bunton, a young chocolatier from Devil‟s Bridge near Aberystwyth. They will be sold for the first time alongside Sarah‟s own range of chocolates at the Royal Welsh Winter Fair in Builth Wells, with the new selection seen as the perfect gift for Christmas stockings!
The chocolate selection includes the „Merlyn the Wizard‟ that includes Welsh whisky liqueur in milk chocolate plus a traditional favourite, caramel and hazelnut log in both milk and dark chocolate.
The launch follows a fantastic year so far Sarah who picked up a UK Great Taste 2010 Gold Star Award for her „Amaretto Swirl‟ and a Wales the True Taste 2010 Silver Award with her „Merlyn the Wizard‟ chocolate.
Sarah‟s Cambrian Mountains chocolate range also caters for the hospitality trade with a wholesale 123 piece box. The catering box features a selection of six of her most popular chocolates (Merlyn the Wizard, Amaretto Swirl in milk and dark chocolate; Rum and Raisin plus Caramel and Hazelnut log in dark and milk chocolate). They are ideal for restaurants serving coffee and chocolate for dessert or as complimentary after dinner chocolates.
